Our story

I’m Hannah, founder of Chain Commander.
As a military spouse, I’ve moved house eight times in ten years. That’s included two house purchases using solicitors, mortgage brokers, and estate agents, plus multiple relocations within the military community —and I can tell you, one process is a lot easier than the other.

While moving into a home you’ve never seen before can feel daunting, I’d rarely describe my own moves as stressful. Why? Because one crucial element was always taken care of: the admin.

In my professional career, I’ve led teams as an assistant headteacher and worked in client success roles where precision, organisation, and proactive communication were essential. I bring that same approach to Chain Commander; combining personal experience with professional skills to manage your move as if it were my own.

I created Chain Commander so that everyone can experience moving as it should be: an exciting new chapter to look forward to, not a source of endless stress. With precision, organisation, and proactive communication with all stakeholders, we make sure your move runs smoothly — leaving you free to enjoy your new home without drowning in admin.
